How Our Guarantee Works

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Meta Melt, you may return it within 180 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Returns must be initiated within 180 days of purchase
  • Both opened and unopened bottles are eligible for return
  • You may try the product and still qualify for a refund
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at care@trymetamelt.com or call 855-210-1448
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return (optional)
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the product back to the address provided

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • It may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping Costs

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit

What We Refund

Your refund will include:

  • Full product purchase price
  • Any applicable taxes paid

Your refund will NOT include:

  • Original shipping and handling fees

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Provide photos of the damaged product
  • We will send a replacement at no cost to you
  • Or process a full refund if you prefer

Subscription Orders

If you're enrolled in a subscription:

  • You may cancel at any time
  • Contact us before your next billing date
  • Returns for subscription orders follow the same 180-day guarantee

Exceptions

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
  • Promotional or free samples
  • Products past the 180-day return window
